This is easy to make and delicious - a hit at every party!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 3 cup chopped vegetables of your choice (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, green onion, radishes, tomatoes)
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Directions:

Unfold rolls flat onto large (12"x19") ungreased cookie sheet. Seal seams and press out as necessary to completely cover pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool. (Throwing it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes will do the trick!) Mix next 3 ingredients together and spread on crust. Chop vegetables by hand or using food processor. Drain well (if neccessary) and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over all. Chill til ready to serve. Cut into 24 squares.

Yields: 24 squares (3.5 points per square)
